We require all maintenance requests to be in writing. You can submit the request using the online work order below. Once you submit the written request, we will assign the work to a local company. You should have communicated with the contractor within 48 business hours.  If not, please contact us for the status of your work request.

For after-hours tenant emergencies only, please call 254-634-4837  leave a message with your name, address, phone number and a detailed description of the emergency.

If this is a life threatening emergency call 911 immediately.

Important

Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you.

Release of Key

I understand that if I do not authorize a release of a key to a vendor, I will need to be available to give the vendor access to the property.
